The place on stateline Rd the staff was wonderful.but the place at 6015 Primacy Pkwy Memphis TN they are horrible they don't care one bit about nobody the CEO is absolutely horrible and I can't stand none of them there,this is where you go to PHP and IOP.I would recommend the detox to anyone but after that go somewhere else.The employees let ppl continue doing things they should not do.The patients can smoke wherever they want and they don't do anything,they bring drugs into the building and they might kick them out but they... read more
Some of the councilors here really care and some are here just for a paycheck. The food is very slim and it's small portions with no 2nds. But I do like the treatment center
I was a horrible patient this time, my second time back. Staff really is incredible, I wish I had gotten out of my own way and just listened but I am still clean and a part of a program. I am so grateful from Dr to case management and especially the front staff and therapist! Oh and facilities and cooks. 100/100.
The worst rehab I've ever been to. When I was in residential I had to wait 3 weeks for my testosterone medicine then they finally started giving it to me and I graduated to the PHP program which I'm in now and all of a sudden they can't find my medicine or aren't trying to find my medicine and saying I can't refill it till next week and it just keeps giving me the runaround it's I would not recommend this rehab to anybody they don't care about their patients they do to the bare minimum.
