well good and bad first time went i fell in love it how she done my hair, second time i wanted my hair blonde and unfortunately it turned red, and now every time i ask of they can do something its "your stylist doesn't think they can achieve this look" so I'll go to someone who does.... they are a great staff and very friendly and welcoming but the work isn't too satisfying..... i haven't been going to a salon long but the first experience was amazing, the 2nd go around wasn't really satisfying...i was so disappointed my hai... read more
I have lived a very long time and have had my hair in many different styles. After being shut in for months with the covid restrictions, I was in Wytheville for the day and decided to finally get back to having regular haircuts. The cut I got was absolutely, hands down the worst haircut of my life. The back has huge hunks cut out and one side was considerably longer than the other. I wish that you would have contacted us within 48 hours of your service that was on June 19th and I personally would have cut your hair to your satisfaction. just picked my wife up from an appointment where her hair was butchered. we thought we where going to one of the best in the area but was disappointed when the entire place was run by inexperienced teenagers. everyone was preoccupied with talking on there phones, playing with each others hair than the job they where being paid to do. we will not recommend nor will ever go back.
to leave a product on someone's hair, such a looooong time, that it falls out in clumps......should not have a liscense!!! and to blame the client, telling, that she must have done something to her hair after she left the salon!!!! stay away from this place!!!!
