This company has been nothing but a nuisance to deal with. They were hired to maintain the backyard and side yard but instead they spray only the front yard. They have been asked multiple times to place their signage in the back yard so I know they have sprayed the correct area. They continue to place the signage in the front yard and lie to say they have done both areas. They’ve been a pain to try and cancel and get a refund. I would not trust this company!

I can’t say enough about this company! I’m so glad I called them. Chad did more than I expected out of a pest control company. He stayed for awhile and looked for those nasty bugs. We discovered a subterranean termite issue at our Camp Run-A-Mutt Gainesville property just before our GC was about to start construction. Cody responded to my call, inspected the issue and provided a quote immediately. Brooker Pest Control went over and above to coordinate with our GC to treat the property and then completed the job quickly and professionally with virtually zero disruption to construction.
