They came out for a 1-time service and said there would be a follow-up visit included in the price. After the 1 time visit there were still issues with pests inside the home. They never arranged the 2nd follow-up visit and when I tried to schedule it was told that it was too late and the time period has expired for the 2nd visit. Poor communication and follow up. Would not recommend this company.

I cannot recommend this company, as their attention to a problem I've had in my front yard has progressively gotten worse over the past several months and they have not been able to correct it. Their last visit, the technician was here 3-4 minutes total, as i csn prove with security camera footage, and the bill indicated he was here an hour. His bill also indicated that he did the entire yard and my security cameras prove otherwise. Pay a lot for poor or no service.

Horrible company with very poor services. Had the bundle with inside pest control plus lawn service. First appt the tech didn’t bring the equipment needed to spray for weeds which was the main focus of starting service and thoroughly explained at the time of signing up, he then proceeded to bad mouth the company and supervisor for not giving him the equipment he needs to do his job.  Came back to spray for weeds and it was like they sprayed miracle grow vs weed killer. Please use another company ! This company is a scam. They find a multitude of undisclosed ways to add charges. We had a mouse/rat in our guest house. they sealed the hole and my agreement was for $3780.00 ! yes, I was stupid to agree with the $$ but then they charged an additional $195 for pest service I didn't order. My advice, find another service who is honest !

Couldnt be any more disappointed with my experience with Turner Pest Control. Had a contract on my new home for lawn/pest/mosquito that was completely ineffective. The lawn was in horrible condition throughout the year. The pest service left us still dealing with fire ants inside our house that bit up my toddler. Routinely missed service appointments. I own a vacation home in Sarasota where I come every three months. Originally I signed up with "Fahey! Pest and Lawn Solution" in 2018 as a Company with excellent reviews that gave me some peace of mind. In 2022, after "Fahey" changed ownership to become "Turner Pest Control", quality of service immediately went down. DO NOT sign a contract with these people. It has been a very long year being charged $70 per month for their termite and bug service. I feel this is an extremely high amount of money to throw at this issue. My husband called several times over the last two months to say we wanted to cancel their service, but today (Pearl Harbor Day), they charged us again!
