0 Star : My Experience A disaster, reprisal and the end of a thirty-year relationship. My vehicle sustained a small area of comprehensive damage on the upper part of the passenger side fender. I had it appraised by my insurance company’s agent and also Turner’s estimator. It appears both failed to do their jobs properly because when I took my vehicle to be repaired 4 months later the Body Shop was not ready to repair my vehicle using the appraisals performed months earlier.
