I didn’t get no updates throughout the day & was getting worried because I had to work at 6:00 that night. I didn’t receive an update about my car until 5:30, 30 mins before I had to work. Four weeks later had to call and was told parts were broken and had to be returned. Would have been nice if they would have called and explained that to me so I could plan around when work would be done.
