0 Star : My Experience 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Loose cover corner truck bed and 2 spots of white primer. Stated it was not in the writup. Was not loose befor the step rail was replaced. Same with the ain’t. 3 Star : Customer Service No resolution and haven’t heard from anyone. Will be calling Erie with complaints.
0 Star : My Experience Still have epoxy on my carpet. NEW Truck, cost me 40k, epoxy on the carpet is NOT acceptable. Supposed to install a plug with my tow hitch, did not do that. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality Did NOT complete everything that was requested 1.5 Star : Customer Service Service associate said, we can't do anything about the epoxy on the carpet! It was on it when I bought it. $40k, and you can't get it off the carpet, is NOT acceptable.
