5 Star : My Experience My car took an inordinate amount of time to complete, due to the slow arrival of parts from Volkswagen. The blame should fall mostly on Sutliff Volkswagen. I assume there is poor internal management of parts purchasing and the logistics knowledge needed to provide adequate lead times. The remaining blame rests on Volkswagen of America.
