Went in to buy a new truck. Salesman said if I waited a few days and came back on Oct. 1st I could get it at a certain price. I agreed on that price. Came back Oct. 1st, price on paper was $4500 higher than agreed upon. Salesman told me there was nothing he could do about it. Left there and went to Knapp Chevrolet. They didn't have the truck I wanted, but located one exactly like the one from Turner and agreed upon the original price Turner renagged on. Will never go to Turner for anything again.
The perfect experience of buying a truck! 1.5 hours and we went from test drive to owning! Excellent service!!! Thank you Leon Wilson II and Fred Ramsey!
