I arrived at Turner Chevrolet at 1:44pm, pulled into to the service lane, looked around to see where the service department entrance was and couldn't spot it because it's not clearly labeled, then waited 10 minutes in my car until a young man came out to assist me. The folks at Turner Chevrolet are truly down to earth honest hard working Americans. I bought my 2016 Silverado there a month ago and I can honestly say they changed the way I felt about buying a new car. I used to dread buying a new vehicle because I knew it would be a full wasted day filling out forms getting credit application processed sign here wait on this sign that just a few more hours blah blah blah. I went into the parts department looking for a part and the parts department employee made it seem like I was bothering him. I ended up going to another dealership that told me at what dealership I could find my part.
My wife was just there to have oil changed, and they were RUDE. Told her it would be 2hrs wait, then told her its better we tell you 2 hrs and wait 1hr, than tell you 1 hr and wait 2 hrs, we will never be back there,plus when she asked for the price ,she was told to wait till their finished to see what the bill would be, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. and she was over charged. She asked for the oil change special,. THIS IS PRETTY BAD FOR A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER,
