Key fob junk, lights came on going home from dealership, fuel filter, and bad sensor for radiator fluid level . Sent text message to salesman about these issues no response. I won’t drive 95 miles to this location to buy anything.

My interaction via text with Dorianna was helpful and informative. We dropped in unannounced to view and test drive the car and asked for her but instead Tim came out. He was less than accommodating, seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered and then as we were about to test drive told us someone was on the phone to put a deposit on the car. I understand the market today is like this and it is difficult to come by used cars, but customer service should not be sacrificed.
They replied to my inquiry the very next day. Gave me all the information I needed. Thanks.
Five minutes after I emailed the dealer about my interest in this vehicle, I received a phone call from a salesman. He said the vehicle had just arrived the day before. I made an apt. for the following afternoon, test drove the car, and put a deposit on it. The title had just been released from an estate and so I had to wait till 11/30 to actually pay for and pick up the car. We contacted this dealer on a Sunday morning. Did not hear hear back from them till Monday morning, which was not a problem. They listed this vehicle with no pics. We has asked for pics and a CarFax report. We got the report. Finally Tuesday We received 4 very generic pics. We had over 33 email responses with back and forth and were told it was still in the shop . We were seriously interested and approx. 2 1/2 hours away.
