Very helpful and great customer service:)
This store charged me $74.00 and did not deliver the product I paid for. I informed the store the flowers were for my daughters first day of school and they were not able to deliver the order, but they had no problem charging my card. I called and was told Bill would call me back which he did not.
The owner was extremely helpful and kind in helping me make a last minute arrangement for a funeral. He gave great ideas on what kind of arrangement might be meaningful, gave me price ranges, and informed me on how it would be delivered safely depending on the funeral home's COVID restrictions. I was so grateful and would definitely recommend Turner Bouquets.
