We are a family owned and operated auto repair shop that has been serving the Rochester, NY area for over 50 years. “We” are Scott and Vicki Bartlett. Scott partnered with Robert Turner from 2011-2014. After spending 25 years as a mechanic at local dealerships, he wanted to run a shop the way he thought it should be run. Excellent honest and friendly. Scott never recommends anything that doesn't need to be done. I've had a couple repairs that took more than a couple of hours to fix. They drove me home and picked me up after so I wouldn't have to wait in the shop. I recommend them to everybody and I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else.
