We are a family owned and operated auto repair shop that has been serving the Rochester, NY area for over 50 years. “We” are Scott and Vicki Bartlett. Scott partnered with Robert Turner from 2011-2014. After spending 25 years as a mechanic at local dealerships, he wanted to run a shop the way he thought it should be run. They sent me a text with a link to all the details of what’s running great, what you can deal with later and what needs to be dealt with now. Pictures are included. This was helpful to me so I can see firsthand what repairs need to be made. The repairs were complete and done efficiently. Scott and Vicky are authentic people running a trustworthy business. I highly recommend them.
Scott always takes care of me. Today I had a headlight burnout that was just replaced last month. I took it in and he gladly fixed it under warranty. No charge at all. Couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
Unbelievable job on my Charger Scat Pack. Did a mid muffler delete today and it sounds amazing. Short notice, extremely accommodating, fantastic service. I absolutely recommend Scott’s shop to everyone. Wife is having the brakes done this week. Fantastic local shop with big box results. He’s wrenching and running the show. Just had extensive work done on our 65 Corvette. Couldn't be more satisfied. Many of the parts needed took a lot of research to locate....the car is 53 years old but they found the parts and completed the job. Never worry about their honesty and commitment to providing the best service. They can fix them all, old or new.
Scott has helped me out of a jam countless times, most recently when my AC went out during a heat wave. He worked really hard to get repairs done under a tight deadline before I went out of town. Scott always delivers what he promises, and I trust his work completely.
I feel like I've got a new car after Turner was done with it! A 164,000 mile new car :) Thanks guys!!

Scott is genuinely such a nice person, and very honest, and fair. Came here when I needed a photo inspection, and have never gone anywhere since when I need anything. I will always recommend Turner :)
