Love my new roof! This company was great. Chris made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end. Guys on site were courteous, polite and hard workers. Would most certainly recommend them.

Roof and Eaves done professionally From start to finish Darryl and the crews who removed the old and installed our new roof and eaves were professional, courteous, and answered any question I had. They came out before the roof was scheduled to replace shingles that blew off in the wind storm. The crews arrived right schedule and the office kept us informed of timing for our job.

Roof Replacement We spent a lot of time doing our homework before hiring a company to replace our roof. Hands down, Turnbull was the best. Darryl took the time to explain the entire process plus provided me with info to read up on the shingles, etc. - money well spent. The installers were professional and courteous. After cleanup, it was like they were never here. I did have to contact Turnbull to address something that I noticed after the fact and they were out to our house 2 days later! new roof We had a new roof installed by Turnbull Roofing. The crew arrived at 7.30 am as promised. The supervisor was great, he eplained everthing that was going to happen and at what time they woud be finised. They were right on time and cleaned up to our satisfation. The roof looks good and after the first heavy rain no leaks. I would highly recommend this company The workers were a pleasure to have around our house for the day. Roofing The workmanship was impeccable and the cleanup afterwards - extraordinary. They even cleaned out our garage which had a little bit of roofing material that had blown in. I highly recommend this company!

Whitby Roof Had windstorm-related damage to our roof in May 2018. Turnbull was one of 3 quotes we received and went with them based on their excellent reviews online, as well as their upfront assessment of the work that needed to be done. Really glad we went with them; Darryl and his team were great from start to finish. Job was done in one day (2,400 sq ft house) and they addressed all of the (very) minor notes we communicated to them post-install. Have recommended them to others in the area!

Roofing, soffit, facia & gutter replacement We hired Turnbull Roofing based on their reputation and a reference from a friend who had used them previously. We weren't disappointed. My wife did all of the work with Chris who was very fair and gave us a great price. They are not the cheapest but their products and workmanship is much superior to what I have seen done on our street. Poor Customer Service This is a tough one as i had a great experience the 1st time with the company curtious, helpful and professional. Moved houses and called them up again to install some additonal vents for exhaust fans. Initally service was great, but when it came to the connection of the fans I was advised that one of the vents was missing. I called Turnbull to clarify of the vent was added or not and after leaving multiple messages finally spoke to reception who said they will ask the builders and get back to me. that ... read more
