Dear Mr. Echavarria, Upon arrival to the site to service this furnace, my technician found that your furnace was "Red Tagged" by National Fuel. They had shut the Gas and Electric off to the unit. He proceeded to turn the utilities on and check the furnace out. Upon ignition and blower operation, he observed a yellow and distorted flame caused by blower operation and incomplete combustion with the natural gas. The job was completed in a very timely fashion (even though it wasn't an emergency), but it was not done 100% perfectly. So Mr. Hayes himself came back out, assessed the situation, and made everything 110% correct -- no excuses, no questions! In a world where integrity is scarce, you'll always find it at Turnbull.
