Thank you for coming out to fix our furnace today! We just bought our home and moved in a month ago so we haven’t established any service contacts yet and when our furnace started blowing cold air yesterday another company wouldn’t do anything for us since we weren’t established customers. Hi! Turnbull Repairman just left my house. He had bad news about our furnace but he gave it the kindest, most professional way. The rep arrived exactly on time, had called to confirm his arrival time and told us exactly what we would need to do. They installed our furnace several years ago and have been very reliable. Called yesterday, got an appointment for today . For our boiler/water heater. The gentleman Haydon was very polite and knowledgeable Figured out the problem in 5 minutes and had the part on his truck. Fixed the problem and checked everything was in order before he left. Very reasonable price also. This was the second time we used them. Would highly recommend their company.
Turnbull recently installed a new AC/furnace and new ducts in our house. The whole team was great! Clean and neat while they were at my house and I had updates every step of the way. Would definitely recommend them!
We have used Turnbull for installation of central A/C, replacement of gas furnaces, and installation of a whole house generator.
