The apartment is nice
The management here is really nice and maintenance shows up pretty quick once you put in a request online. I've been here for years now without much to complain about, hard to ask for more when you're renting.

Rent is $907, the pool has been inoperable for over five years, and tenants have no 24 hour access to the gym. My mother moved out Sept 30th, its now Jan 2nd. I received a statement showing the deposit amount to be refunded. Still haven't received it after 5 calls and reaching out to the corporate office.
