this going back a few years. but dont expect much of your deposit back. they "charge" you for everything, which it included wear and tear. place was spotless when I left, they charged for for things they usually do after a you leave. I'm not sure if it was legal what they charged for but I dont have the money to fight them on it.
Customer service is horrible! They are the absolute worst company ever!
It used to be a nice place to live but since January it’s been absolute hell. We had neighbors moved in that literally blast their music at all hours, vibrating our ceiling and walls. The management has done nothing to help with this. We have called the police several times over the last 5 months and it only temporarily helps. It is like living next to a night club. Ridiculous and awful. Can’t wait to leave this place and this “management” team.
