They are honest and are very friendly. They let you know what is needed and are very proessional. For a single woman who can not work on my own car I feel very safe going to them for all my auto needs.
To me it's pretty simple. You take your car into a shop thinking you need X, Y and Z done. You get a call in the early afternoon saying "You only needed X, Y and Z is not necessary". That my friends is trust. Enough said.
I had my car done at turn key . They did a very nice job and kept me informed of everything that was wrong , and before they fixed it , I got a call and was told as to what was wrong , and how much , and how long it would take to fix. I will be a return customer's do refer others to TURN KEY AUTO.
