I have had Turfmaster for several years now, and they have always returned my calls and answered all my concerns on the yard. Very happy with the company. My yard is looking good.
We hired Turfmaster after getting new sod installed. Despite treatment the lawn is filled with weeds and when I raised concern they came out to treat again and then sent me an additional bill for the visit! If the service you are paying for is ineffective, this cost should not be passed on to me as the consumer. I asked to discuss with manager Doug and he never returned my calls. My advice is, save your money and find a reputable company that stands by their service offering.
Turfmaster has been very consistent with keep my yard looking great and their pest control is above all I have seen. Excellent service.
