Service has been fine, but until requested, we had no idea when the tech would arrive and had a few issues in this regard due to cars in the way. My wife absolutely detested the odor of the chemical applications and this has been a serious issue for us. (Not the fault of the applicants, of course.) Due to drought this summer I failed to realize any real improvement in my yard. Turf Tech was very flexible and accommodating with my lawn aeration service. They were able to work with my schedule and had great communication (special thanks to Amelia) throughout the whole process. I marked all of my sprinklers and one took a small hit that damaged it. They were able to come out and replace it free of charge within 2 days! I will absolutely be using turf tech for any lawn care/landscaping needs moving forward.
