Always friendly and always professional. I love it when the hygienist knows what my insurance will not cover and tells me so I can decide if I'm ready to bear that expense instead of just getting a bill in the mail. The staff must love what they do because you can't fake that kind of kindness!!

I always have a good experience at Tupelo Smiles. Zara was great, and she explained everything as we went along through my x-rays and cleaning. I had some swelling of the gums around a wisdom tooth, and she was very careful not to irritate it as she did my cleaning, which I appreciated. Then while we waited just a few minutes on Dr. Kenney, she showed me some of my trouble spots with a camera. It was very interesting, and she answered any questions I had. Dr. Kenney and the entire staff was very professional and made me feel welcome. This was my first visit to Tupelo Smiles and I am glad that I switched to this office. Friendly staff and great service.
I made an 8:00am appointment in hopes of being at work at 9:30. They were fast and professional and I even had time to drive thru Starbucks on way to work.
