They always know my name when I walk in the door. The dental hygienist was super nice and everything went well.
The friendliness of the staff at Tupelo Smiles was second to none. They made me feel welcome from the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out. To say that I was impressed with their level of customer service would be an understatement. I'm not sure how you find this many exceptional employees to work under the same roof but you guys got it right Tupelo Smiles. Thanks so much for your service and kindness, it's truly appreciated!
Staff is always courteous and friendly. Every hygienists who has cleaned my teeth has been gentle and thorough. The atmosphere is calming. No lengthy waits. Service is prompt.
My daughter was very worried about going to the dentist, but after our visit she is extremely excited about going back. The staff is wonderful. The weekend really hard to make it a swivel experience. I would definitely recommend Tupelo Smiles to anyone.
