I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Dao. She is caring, personable, brilliant and never condescending. Always patient to answer my many questions. I am a breast cancer survivor and every time my mammograms show a suspicious cyst, she takes the extra time (in addition to my regular follow-up appointment) to aspirate it to give me good news, thankfully. I really appreciate Dr. Dao. She has away of delivering medical information so that it can be understood. She knows her stuff and she is very kind as well. I am glad she is one of my doctors.
She is concerned with my health and wellbeing. She asks questions regarding how I feel and always gives detailed answers about any questions I might have.
She is always smiling. I remember when she had o tell me I had cancer. So caring yet so positive about the possible out come. She took time to explain things. She didn't rush us. She asked if I had anymore questions and then she spoke to my husband and asked if he had any.
First and foremost, she is an excellent surgeon. I had two tumors removed and she used one incision for both that is almost invisible. Second, she takes a "less is more" approach, removing only what she needs to, in stages, as necessary. Finally, she meets you where you are, explains complex topics in accessible language and spends the time YOU need to understand.
She is knowledgeable and very caring.
Always attentive and reasering.
Her skills are only exceeded by her great bedside manner. She is upbeat, informative and takes time to make you feel fully informed during what can be a very difficult time.
