Dr Dao is always caring as is her staff. I’ve been one of the patients that was the last out the door with Dr Dao and staff after a positive biopsy and they were all about making sure I was ok before leaving
I didn’t think anyone could replace my breast Dr who retired, but I was surprisingly wrong. Dr Dao is so personable and caring who takes as much time as you need. I feel I am in the best hands with her knowledge and understanding of my fears. When I had my lumpectomy, her surgery didn’t leave a noticeable scar. Unbelievable. She’s the best.
You wont find a more compassionate that actually LISTENS to her patients. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Dr. Dao was very helpful from the first consultation visit taking her time to explain the various test result information items, available steps, and associated treatment plans. Prior to the actual surgical procedure Dr. Dao continued to explain possible options, and the associated pros and cons of those choices. Dr. Dao is a very caring doctor. She did a sonagram and biopsies on the first visit rather than making me worry and wait to return for those procedures at a later time. She took care of me immediatly and scheduled my surgery asap because I had been a breast cancer patient previously. She is a very skilled surgeon and very kind and compassionate toward me and my family as well. I had been treated at Texas Oncology and the Sammons Cancer Center 25 years ago and feel like they have saved my life yet again.Thank you Dr. Dao!

I had a wonderful doctor who treated me for breast cancer 20 years ago at Baylor. When she retired I never thought I would find someone again that could make me feel taken care of but when I met Dr. Dao, it was very apparent I had found a doctor who took that concern away immediately. Dr DAO is very smart and excellent surgeon and is very kind also. Her nurse at the hospital is also kind and excellent. The older receptionist at the office is not near as kind but ok.
Dr. Dao, her staff and everyone at Baylor was phenomenal to work with. They explained everything thoroughly and were very patient with our questions. Dr. Dao did an excellent job with the surgery and my recovery went very well with very little scarring. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
