Horrible! Terrible!! They took over a year to fix my roof! Complete maintenance request and they are either half completed, not done it at all or they delete the maintenance request all together. Attempt to call and there is no one there to to take my call. I leave a message and do not get a call back. Horrible customer service!! They have switch to another company so we will see how they are after the changes… I’ll let you all know.
I have called multiple times trying to re-schedule a move out inspection after no one showed up. No one will give me a call back. I left the rental early (after paying everything up) due to them not taking action on mold growing in my apartment from moisture in the walls.
I called several times about a listed property. When I filled out the application, the property was listed as available, as soon as, I paid the application fee I was told in effect it was rented. This information could have been given prior to pymt.
