Kimberly was awesome. She explained all the options and was very friendly.
I hired them for a new shower. The ceramic shower floor has no grip & is very slippery. They installed a vertical column pipe with a hand-held shower head below a built-in large rain shower head. The rain head was tightened by hand & has a small amount of plumber's tape, and water wont flow up to it regardless of how the diverter valve is turned. They are not interested in fulfilling their 'lifetime warranty' so will hire a plumber who has a better reputation.
