Service is not great, or at least it was not for us. We had a second call due to the technician's error (he did not connect the drain hose properly) which leaked the water onto our company's kitchen floor. The building maintenance had to clean it up and run a temporary hose. When Tundra came back out to reconnect, we were charged for the second call. We have moved our service and future purchases to another company.
