We didn't get a chance to look at it. I was really interested in the focus, but out of the five their website had, none were on the lot available to be shown.

They found a different vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for. Didn't even have to negotiate the price of the vehicle or my trade in because what they offered up front was exactly what we were going to ask for. Wonderful experience, and everyone at the dealership was very friendly.

I don't have a lot of time to talk on the phone while at work so email was the best way to communicate. When I first contacted them they emailed right back and didn't once bug me on the phone.. they respected my request for email only and this is the reason I bought a car from them. I understand you can't buy a car over the internet, when I did make it in to see the car I wanted it looked just like the pics and the entire sales staff was friendly and sales managers provided the help I needed to get to my budget!
