I drive from Rockford to take my truck here. They do great work, are kind, and honest.
Tumbleson's (and especially Deidre) are such good people. I had a repair that the dealer was quoting thousands for and Tumbleson's came in much much lower and gave quality work and attention. They also did a couple smaller items free of charge as well, speaking to their customer-first mentality. Highly recommended, they have great communication and timely turn around.
Stopped by to get a check engine light scanned that came on while i was in the area of this shop and they scanned it for me (free of charge) and went over exactly what the code was and what the cause could possibly be. They told me the car should be smoke tested next. They reassured me that my car would not leave me stranded and never pressured me to come back for the repair, they just genuinely cared about me and my car.
