I can't even schedule an appointment because they don't answer the phone. I've gotten through one time and explained the situation, i asked for a direct number so i dont have to keep calling and using every extension in hopes someone answers. To which i was told, "there is no direct number you will just have to call back again"...Not very reliable service for a primary care doctor's office.

They have impatient attitudes, uncourteous, and can be a bit impassionate at times.

Amazing doctor! He always spends time with my family members and myself. We have been going to this practice for years and appreciate his excellent care.

I’m sharing this regarding my Sister. This Practice should be ashamed of themselves. My sister has been trying to get a return call but that seems to be impossible.. Never told she was a diabetic until she had to go to the ER. The office had her results 2 months prior & never reached out. Diagnosed with Colon cancer a few months ago & if it wasn’t for the Doctors I work for giving me advice to pass onto her God only knows what the outcome could be.
