I Have Been Going To This Doctors Office For Over 20 Years, The Staff And Doctors Are Carrying About Your Health Concerns And Recommendations For Treatment
Been a patient of Elaine Fanelli for years, loved the fact that she always was kind and helpful. Wasn't sure what to do when she retired but continued with Dr Lobianco and found him to also be kind and listened to me. They did get a new NP, and I'm seeing her now, Ulyana and I also like her. I can't even schedule an appointment because they don't answer the phone. I've gotten through one time and explained the situation, i asked for a direct number so i dont have to keep calling and using every extension in hopes someone answers. To which i was told, "there is no direct number you will just have to call back again"...Not very reliable service for a primary care doctor's office.
