Went in for postpartum care to get my incision checked , well they check my blood pressure 190/101 and doctor sent me to er ! Well I get to er & I fill out paper work wait good 20 mins and they call me back check my pressure again it’s 203/87 They say go back to the waiting room til your room is ready !!!! Like wtf ! I’m gonna have a stroke before you even help me !!!! Still waiting.....

So my grandma has been to your facility twice in less than 2 weeks for falling 4 times. You noted fractures and said yesterday she needed to go to rehab and now today you’re saying she needs a MRI but don’t have the means to do so yet refuse to send her to main to get a MRI and that you’re sending her home because she doesn’t meet the criteria for help when she can’t walk, can’t put weight on her legs and has fractures due to 4 falls within 10 days. RecommendedThe Dr we saw was very thorough with my daughter! Everyone was so kind and patient with her and showed compassion as she was in so much pain tonight! Thank you everyone for the care you gave her!!
They emergency room treated me so poorly and treated me like I was a bad person when All I wanted was help. I will never go there again. We are all human and shouldn’t pick and choose when to treat someone good or bad because of what’s going on with them or because you had a long day. It took all of me to not go in there and you guys made it worse so thank you.

RecommendedToday I saw Dr. Iniobing Ukonne. I absolutely recommend her. She’s compassionate, extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. I think I finally found my new primary care doctor. I will only see her from now on. If you’re a woman in the Verona area, and you need a primary care doctor, call her 973-746-7050. Spotless offices and they don’t keep you waiting forever.
