RecommendedOur Surgeon was very good but the CEO guy, “Trent” I think his name is according to another post here doesn’t appreciate this employees and I have a feeling he chewed out the poor admissions lady for looking out for us in the waiting room. Sad deal.
PHENOMENAL SERVICE! My grandson had surgery this morning and even though it was a quick and easy. procedure everyone we came in contact was VERY supportive! I've been in the medical field for over 30yrs and the way they made us feel was very pleasant! Both Julie's that attended before were great! Jodie,BSN was over the top!!! From the time I walked in the door I had a great feeling, the lady at the outpatient check in was so nice and smiled the entire time, The lady that registered me very sweet and patient the waiting room was full of people and I was overwhelmed for her but not once did she seem fluttered or rushed, the entire staff was pleasant and you can tell they loved their jobs!!! i just had spinal fusion at this hospital Dr Covington i met him on the 30th of January and on the 10th of February i was having surgery because him and his staff got the insurance to ok everything because of my condition and pain i was in. i have never met a better qualified staff and professional staff as they have at this place. i live within 5 minutes of 2 very big hospitals of my house i will drive the 2 hoirs if i have anything else wrong with my back outstanding people love all yall thank you all so much .
Just came out of my procedure. Working with everyone is one thing, but having a procedure done shows you a completely different side. Everyone was incredible. From Laura in intake, Toni and Sera for preop, Crystal, Jennifer, Nancy, and Brittany in the GI Lab, Terry and Dr. Wenger in anesthesia, and of course Dr. Lynch all did an incredible job in the procedure and all around. I love the great people that work here.
My husband had surgery at this hospital performed by Dr. Mangels. I could write a novel about Dr. Mangels and the good he done, but let’s focus on this hospital. From Pre-Op to the day we walked out the doors the staff was wonderful. Impeccable care, and attentive. If there was something we didn’t understand it was explained to us with patience. Professional people. Our favorite nurses were Summer and Rachel!
We had a great experience from check in to discharge! Clean, updated facility, the nurses were all kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Special thanks to our post op nurse Ashley, RN!! She was very patient and comforting while my son was upset coming out of anesthesia.
excellent facility..the staff is top notch. Food is amazing I highly recommend
