fast and EZ has very poor customer service. In May 2026 i sent in my payment which was returned with a note that the business had been sold. I assumed the new owners would notify me with info on how to pay. I did not know the name of new owners and had no way of knowing where to send payment. I received a default notice in the mail in mid June stating I owed for May and June and I owed $40 in late fees and a $50 lein fee. Please take my advice and do not rent a unit from this facility. I have been a renter for over 6 years, the prior owner who is a very nice lady has sold to a new owner with a horrible management company. I truly believe all they want to do is get renters and auction their unit. I have texts stating the prior owner gave over the auto debit system for current clients to be charged so units would be safe however that wasn’t my case. I rarely write a poor review of anything but you folks earned it. We were rented a unit over the phone on Saturday. We arrived with movers in tow and there was a lock on the unit. We notified the company and they eventually did get back to us and put us in another unit. We checked the next morning and that unit also had a lock on it. I notified the company via email and phone message and we have been ghosted ever since we notified them the second unit was also locked. on Sunday morning.
