I rarely write a poor review of anything but you folks earned it. We were rented a unit over the phone on Saturday. We arrived with movers in tow and there was a lock on the unit. We notified the company and they eventually did get back to us and put us in another unit. We checked the next morning and that unit also had a lock on it.
