It's nice and clean
fast and EZ has very poor customer service. In May 2026 i sent in my payment which was returned with a note that the business had been sold. I assumed the new owners would notify me with info on how to pay. I did not know the name of new owners and had no way of knowing where to send payment. I received a default notice in the mail in mid June stating I owed for May and June and I owed $40 in late fees and a $50 lein fee. Please take my advice and do not rent a unit from this facility. I have been a renter for over 6 years, the prior owner who is a very nice lady has sold to a new owner with a horrible management company. I truly believe all they want to do is get renters and auction their unit. I have texts stating the prior owner gave over the auto debit system for current clients to be charged so units would be safe however that wasn’t my case.
