I found Dr. Stephanie Cooper to be professional, knowledgeable, and upbeat. It’s clear she truly enjoys her work and cares about her patients. She listened carefully, explained things well, and even shared information about a new technology (Valeda red light therapy) when I mentioned a family member’s concerns. Great experience for my first eye shot!
Arrived at my appointment time 45 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out new patient paperwork. Paperwork was filled out 20 minutes prior to appointment! Waited an hour after scheduled appointment time finally got pulled back and was informed that my husband could not go with me! Several pts who also were new patients and had appointment times after mine were pulled back and placed in exam room before I was!!! I was at the facility for over 3 hours before being seen!!! I had a home health care visit from a lady who told me about this place and she said they referred me to Tulsa Retina Consultants to get my eyes checked out and I made a new friend her name was Gabby and then I saw Dr. Alan R. Hromas MD out there he was very polite and cutest DR too and I would like to see him again during my next appointment again and Gabby as well they really had a good staff and I'm very pleased was all of them out there oh yeah huh that's right and may God bless you all thank you again🥰🥳
