If ZERO STARS was an option I wouldn’t give even half a one. I had a horrible experience at this surgery center with my disabled child. It was painfully clear that the staff had absolutely no idea how to handle a child with special needs. My child was already anxious and vulnerable, and instead of showing patience, understanding, or any basic compassion, they treated him exactly the same as any other patient—ignoring his needs, his distress, and his limitations. I see alot of reviews about long waits and felt the need to share this is STILL a problem. I asked for an update. No apology, no update, and not a word from staff. Too many other facilities available to be treated like that!! I left after waiting 1 hr and 15 min.

Had my colonoscopy recently and everything went well. I did have to wait a bit for my turn but after that it was smooth sailing. The nurses were all very attentive. The anesthesiologist verified any concerns and the doctor spoke to me before and after procedure. They also texted my ride several times so they knew everything was going well. Making the appointment was also easy and they were able to get me in quickly as they had a cancellation. The lady who did the scheduling was also very nice.
