Had my colonoscopy recently and everything went well. I did have to wait a bit for my turn but after that it was smooth sailing. The nurses were all very attentive. The anesthesiologist verified any concerns and the doctor spoke to me before and after procedure. They also texted my ride several times so they knew everything was going well. Making the appointment was also easy and they were able to get me in quickly as they had a cancellation. The lady who did the scheduling was also very nice.
This is one of the most uncaring, unprofessional, untrustworthy institutions I have ever dealt with. You get told all of your insurance has been contacted and approved only to be told after the procedure it has been denied costing me thousands of dollars. So, people beware of this institution. My experience is they are not truthful, they are only after the almighty dollar, and will screw you to the wall!
Honestly our experience with them was wonderful. From Dr Kirkpatrick to all the nurses, we had such a wonderful experience. Very caring nurses who treated my husband wonderfully. I highly recommend this place. My husband had his gallbladder removed, before and after surgery they treated my husband and I wonderfully. I highly recommend this place for your surgical procedure.
DO NOT BRING YOUR YOUNG KIDS HERE! We arrived at 6:45 am to my daughters appointment to find out the woman who was rude to me the day prior at their office CANCELLED her appointment after I confirmed it with her. We were able to go back in later in the day. All went fine with her procedure but the nurse in the recovery room. Absolutely terrible! I walk to my daughter and she's screaming and crying being HELD DOWN being told she couldn't leave if she didn't stop crying. She isn't trying to get up or hurt anyone or herself. I ... read more
Today my husband had his surgery, we actually got our surgery moved up and only had to wait about an hour. They staff were really professional and kind, they made sure that we had everything we needed and let us stay with each other till he was due for surgery. My husband did really great and now we just recover and the team did a fantastic job.
