Today my husband had his surgery, we actually got our surgery moved up and only had to wait about an hour. They staff were really professional and kind, they made sure that we had everything we needed and let us stay with each other till he was due for surgery. My husband did really great and now we just recover and the team did a fantastic job.
I drove from Texas to help my mother after my father’s surgery. His appointment was at 10:30, and they said it was a 30 minute procedure. He did not go to pre-op til after noon. We were told at 1:30 they were running behind and he was next, that was untrue. Someone did come out and apologize, but it was still very frustrating and a long day for elderly people. I had wonderful luck with Memorial medical!! everyone there was very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely go there again.
The staff, nurses and doctors are amazing. I was nervous, but each and everyone took their time explaining each step of the way. I truly appreciate the care and compassion that they showed me.
