This was the worst experience I ever had in attempting to purchase a car. Why was attempt the operative word? Simple. Over the course of 90 days, 40+ phone calls and 5 in person visits, my wife and I still did not have a car from them. We walked in and drove off the lot first visit with a car. If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. On April 16th, I purchased what I was told was “my car” — a 2025 Hyundai Tucson. My husband and I provided every document Tulsa Hyundai requested: IDs, paystubs, insurance cards, even my business bank statements when they failed to submit the paperwork correctly. Do not trust the service center, they will lie as long as it takes to get you out of the door, and then charge you hundreds/thousands for wasting your time
Our experience with Tulsa Hyundai was exceptional. Our sales contacts, Junior & Ryland, went above and beyond in being helpful. I highly recommend the folks at Tulsa Hyundai.
Avoid the Hyundai service department at all costs. They tried to charge me over $1,000 just to replace a lock cylinder—a job that takes about 30 minutes with parts costing under $100. On top of that, their multi-point inspection flagged several items that were still in perfectly good condition, yet they pressured me to replace them anyway. This shows they care more about making money than actually helping their customers. Overall, I found them inexperienced, pushy, and greedy.
