Received a statement with no details or explanation. I tried calling the number listed - disconnected. Tried scanning the payment QR code - can't be found. Tried accessing their website - page can't be found. Found a different number for them online and it just goes to a answering machine that says it is full. How in the world am I supposed to get info or even pay this bill. Horrible! SCAM?!

I had never heard of this bunch of con artists until I received a lawyer's letter demanding payment. I had never received any previous billing or notification and I did not contract or consent to visits or treatment by any of their doctors. A year previously I had had a knee replacement and pre-paid all related costs. I do remember an unknown doctor stopping by a couple of times to ask how I was doing and thought he was one of the hospital staff. So the letter of demand was a shock.
