Jason Baker came out to give me a quote for garage door maintenance and replacing bottom retainer and seal. He returned the next day, when I would be home, with the necessary materials to complete the job. Jason was meticulous and efficient in his work. He was very willing to answer all of my questions and anticipated some of my questions explaining the need for certain maintenance procedures. Chris and Alex provided great affordable service. New door and opener were required after a disaster. Very pleased and would recommend.
Jason arrived at my residence within 30 minutes after calling. 9 pm at night cable had come unwound and could not close garage. Jason quickly fixed and assured garage door was fully functional. Pricing was excellent in comparison to other quotes. Great job Great service. My new go to garage company. Definitely recommend.
I wasn't able to shut my door on my garage at 9pm so someone could've easily came into my house while I was sleeping. But Jason came out and immediately knew what the issue was. He was quick, very courteous and professional at an affordable price! I wont have to worry about the door being open while I sleep! I would find another garage door company. I had a spring that broke on my garage door soon after installation, when it was under warranty, and the technician replaced the one spring. The same spring broke again a few months later and Jason told me it shouldn’t have been under warranty and that I needed both springs replaced. When I asked why they did not do that the first time, he had no response.
