Needed starter batteries and called service department. Ben told me it’s maybe a two hour wait so i headed to the shop. Two hours later i was back on the road.
I do not recommend to go here for maintenance. They diagnosed my truck for 4 hours. Then changed EGR sensor and told me go to go. After I run 1000 miles my truck derate again and stop.

Great customer service from the entire office . It’s frustrating coming to a dealership with tractor mechanical issues . Iykyk!! But I have got to tilt my hat to Matthew Allen . He was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose my truck and break it down to the root of the problem I was having . The problem was minor and I was able to keep on trucking . 10 THUMBS UP !!
