Glad I did research. This place is not for people suffering from mental illness. It is for slightly depressed and maybe the people who are a little anxious, but for the actually sick? For us that need medication or heaven forbid hospitalization? No, it's not. They really should mention they won't take anyone suffering from schizophrenia, bipolar, PTSD, or any actual mental illness. Because they won't. They aren't equipped and thus shouldn't exist. I have had a wonderful experience with this clinic from every person over the past several years! The front desk ladies, Faith Miller, Scott & Dr. Herring. They all work together as a team to do what is best for their patients, navigate insurance, truly make people feel seen & do what it takes to help people. If you are looking for a responsive, caring clinic to meet all yours/your childs’ needs then this is the place!
I have always had a great experience here! I have never had a late medication or a provider late to see me. The Providers here are very smart And have very good advice. The chart system that is used is really good at reminding for appointments And bills, so everything is seamless. The receptionists Are amazing at what they do and can help you with anything. Faith Miller is Very Skilled at her job and a Friendly breath of fresh air. I love this place! ❤️
