About this business
Tulsa Body Jewelry first opened the doors to our brick and mortar store on Harvard Avenue at the beginning of 2006. We've increased our focus to body piercing jewelry and almost nothing else at this point. We've had a great time selling stickers, posters and other oddities but it was time to grow up a bit. You'll still find an amazing selection of incense just because we like it so much.

Horrible customer service and horrible jewelry, bought a 10g circular barbell from the website and it arrived with a large gash in it, that was not seen until I took it out of package, when I contacted customer service they said it didn’t come from them, in 15 years of body modification I have never dealt with a more terrible company, I will never buy from again and I suggest that anyone reading this do the same, you will be disappointed
I've been waiting since 6/5/2020 for an order. Their website stated 3-4 business days for shipment. It's been 11. I have emailed 2x now with no response. I'm to the point of making a better business bureau report and petitioning PayPal for a refund based on fraudulent business practices. I run multiple businesses and take personal offense to business owners failing to meet a standard of at least minimal decency consisting of returning emails and answering calls. RecommendedI needed replacement balls for my labret and I found this shop while looking on google, so I decided to buy as locally as possible. haha I’m very satisfied with everything. I ordered two sets of plugs about a week and half ago. They arrived alot quicker than I thought, with shipping times taking longer. They were packed very nicely and I love them!!!! Great prices and great products, I will definitely be buying more products from them in the future!! Thanks guys 🙂
The last two orders I've made haven't arrived, and I've never received any correspondence despite emailing multiple times. This has happened before COVID 19 also. Pretty disappointed with the lack of customer service, as they have a great range of jewellery and their products have stood the test of time for me. Hope others have a better experience.
Sent the wrong jewelry and never responded to my email. My review was never posted on the site either making me think they only allow positive reviews. Horrible customer service!
Completely impressed by costumer service. I placed an order online during Covid and was never abble to receive it due to a USPS issue. Tulsa where absolutely amazing. I called them and right away they proposed different solutions for me to choose from. They refunded me right away. Completely trust these guys. They will go over and beyond to make sure their customer get what they pay for.
I always enjoy ordering from Tulsa body jewelry. I usually shop in store, but when I cant seem to make it in, then I shop online. This is the only place that I shop for my jewelry. The jewelry is such good quality, they have anything that you could even want and more. Every employee here is so nice, and helpful.
