I would say the management is decent with a couple of good neighbors, but for the most part, it’s a terrible place to live due to the extremely overwhelming amount of homeless that continued to do drugs all around the apartment complex, including the Childrens bus. stop many tenants have reported the issues going on with very little to know outcome for the most part. From my perspective, things cleaned in the hallways. Used to smell terrible. However, they put in a parking addendum where cars are charged $20 per car. I have a work car and a personal car. Thats an extra $480 a year to park where I live! When I moved here, that was not what I signed up for. There is never a fight for spaces, so I don’t know why they are doing that. If I could give zero stars, I would. This property is a masterclass in how not to manage housing. The latest stunt? Suddenly charging tenants for parking—something previously included in the lease—without explanation or justification. It feels like a cash grab disguised as “policy.” But the real cherry on top? The elevators, which break down constantly. If you enjoy climbing stairs that reek of piss and whatever else people have decided to leave behind, you’re in for a real treat.
