From my perspective, things cleaned in the hallways. Used to smell terrible. However, they put in a parking addendum where cars are charged $20 per car. I have a work car and a personal car. Thats an extra $480 a year to park where I live! When I moved here, that was not what I signed up for. There is never a fight for spaces, so I don’t know why they are doing that. If I could give zero stars, I would. This property is a masterclass in how not to manage housing. The latest stunt? Suddenly charging tenants for parking—something previously included in the lease—without explanation or justification. It feels like a cash grab disguised as “policy.” But the real cherry on top? The elevators, which break down constantly. If you enjoy climbing stairs that reek of piss and whatever else people have decided to leave behind, you’re in for a real treat. Barbara (the manager) along with her maintenance crew do an amazing job at working with residents to make sure their needs are met and complaints are heard, and dealt with in a timely manner!l. This place is fairly quiet despite the encampment, and Barb does a very good job at making sure our homes, cars, and belongings are well secured! The property as well as the inside of the buildings are well kept. Excellent walking distance to Walmart and shops across the way as well.
Absolute terrible place to live. I have been asking for management to at least acknowledge the stench to no avail. Maintenance lacks, the complex’s hygiene lacks. Building is NOT secure! Coming home from work is a chore, I have to hold my breathe in order to survive the smells. They have had the carpets replaced but only replaced by the lowest bidder and clearly lowest quality due to the constant trip hazards walking up or down stairs(nonslip rubber peeling entirely up off the stringer itself).
