Always make sure you know what your ordering! They will change arrangements on you with out saying anything to you. My first order was beautiful and i expected the same thing when i ordered the second time but that wasnt the case. It was so embarrassing that my niece's got a beautiful basket then my mother inlaw got a small one. It would of been nice if they called me to tell me they change the order.
RecommendedI called last minute to have some flowers delivered to my sister, I am out of state. Not only did they help me out they delivered same day and at a reasonable price. Arrangement was beautiful and my sister was so thankful! Thank you Tulip Tree for the great service. I highly recommend.
Update: after speaking with the store, they tried very diligently to remedy the situation. I really appreciate the time they took addressing my concerns. I'm still upset that it wasn't done this way the first time, however I am very pleased with their second arrangement. Ordered a premium arrangement. What we received was a total of MAYBE 8 flowers and it isn't even close to the arrangement I selected. The colors were supposed to be green, purple and white. I got pink and white. Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful. I don't know the first thing about flowers but I can tell them a little about who there for and the occasion and everyone who received them was so delighted. Giving me more credit then I deserve. I bring all my buddies in so they can earn the same great rewards buying flowers to their special someone's. Thank you every one at Tulip Tree Floral for 10 years of great service!

Leave it up to Tulip Tree Floral to ruin my Valentine's Day. Not only did I wait 3 hours for my flowers to NOT be delivered. But when I did pick it up myself... they gave away my flowers and wanted to give me a less nicer flowers than what my husband ordered. #neveragain
