Outpatient pre-op testing is the worst. Currently sitting in the waiting room with 10 other patients for an hour and a half with no end in sight... only 1 person has been called so far. This doesn't happen at Ochsner. �
Came here today at about 4:30 5 o'clock . And I am still sitting here waiting to be seen and it is now 9 pm . I am very upset , I've asked numerous nurses how long my wait will be and what's the hold up . I've been getting ignored . And if I wasn't in so much pain I would go home . Which is all the way in LAPLACE . I am not happy with the service here at all .
I was a patient at Tulane Lakeside love the place have nothing but good to say, nurses were all very nice , the food was very good I love how nobody can come and go as they please . My Dr. Is Dr. Graham I've been his patient for 22 or more yes. an amazing person, very caring, great bedside manner puts his patients first always a pleasure to be around even makes you laugh, love this Dr. feel blessed to be his patient!
