Managers were great here, one employee was a scumbag. Refused to do a service that I paid for until I tipped him. The manager came and did it for me without any more problems.

Just got my car back and they did a great job of washing it - only complaint about here is they do false advertising - their sign says 100% HAND WASH but they just take the car through the machine.
I wish I had read the tips beforehand. The customer service really is horrible.

I can't stand places that use brooms to wash trucks! It can't be good on my black finish... Not a legit 100% hand wash (in my opinion). I won't be coming back!
Wow paid $25 for a car wash package that was suppose to include waxing. But apparently it is not hand-wax , it some mumbo gumbo wax they mix it while they wash ur car. BS, go somewhere else!
