I was quite surprised to receive the kind of treatment I experienced at Tugs. Lindsey was so rude and I did share this with her. Food was cold and distasteful. Needless to say, will not be going back....

If the food and service were a tiny bit better, I would give 5 stars.... We often go for brunch on Sundays. Took some friends on a Friday night. They were impressed, but we knew it had been better in the past. I think they might have some new employees. Lol
My chicken was a little cold but still yummy. Awesome server too.
