Does anyone still work at your Exeter Practice dental office? I tried calling 15 times over the past 2 weeks and no one was available to pick up the phone. This was at 2PM in the afternoon during a weekday. Also your voicemail box was conveniently not set up either. Calling the main line didn't help as they knowingly will route me back to a line that clearly is not active. It was customer service apathy at it's worst! Thanks Tufts Dental - I'm happily taking my business elsewhere.

They are up to the minute in all they do. And like every other part of Tufts, they treat patients with kindness and respect.

this place is the worst ! hours and hours and days spent driving back and forth to Boston to get the run around. terrable communication.consultation after consultation to decide to pull a tooth to go back to get another consultation!! a consult that involved a 2 second look at my tooth to say what we already knew -it needs to be pulled!! i know these kids are learning but they are not being taught right . no one runs a dentist office like this they would be out of business! not worth trying to save money and now they are cha... read more
