Tuff Dental is awesome if your on a budget. You pay as you go. I have a little dental insurance, so it stretch my out of pocket dollars a little more. The do pretty good work, but the take forever to complete the job. I went there to get a crown on an exsisting screw that I had put in my mouth from a previous dentist in Norwell. Tuff found that I had a infection in my bone of a old root canal in the top font. It took them a year and many appointments to finally get the infection out and recrown it.
