The water pump on my sons trailblazer went out on the way up north to attend a celebration of life for my mother. They got us in and back on the road in very short period.
My spouse and I have an older car with a mystery problem in the A/C system. Tuffy has been amazing, working so much to try and get it resolved. They share our frustration at the problem and have always explained everything in ways we can understand without talking down to us. They've worked within our budget and provide awesome service. They have earned two lifelong customers and will always get good word-of-mouth from us.
